Rotten Tomatoes, die bekannte Meta-Kritik-Seite, macht jetzt eine eigene Show auf CurrentTV. Jeden Donnerstag gibt es eine neue Folge, oben die Premieren-Show. Snip von CurrentTV:

In the premiere episode of The Rotten Tomatoes Show, hosts Brett Erlich and Ellen Fox lead ensemble reviews of “Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li,” “Echelon Conspiracy” and Harrison Ford’s “Crossing Over,” they unveil the top five conspiracy movies of all time, and they ask the question: is there ever going to be a good video game movie?

The Rotten Tomatoes Show is a movie review show that airs on Thursday nights at 10:30 e/p on Current TV. From reviews of the newest releases to commentary on cult favorites and movie trends, each episode of The Rotten Tomatoes Show is a fast-paced, comedic journey through the week in cinema. Premiering movies get the treatment, but so do DVD releases, trailers, childhood favorites, DVD extras, and film classics. Sprinkle in some irreverent Top 5 Lists and you’ve got the first movie review show to embrace the way we watch, talk, and over-talk movies. Viewer interaction will be a big part of each episode. By submitting webcam reviews, three word reviews, haiku reviews and comments through this site or responding to specific callouts and questions asked by the hosts during each episode, viewers will help define which films are “fresh” and which are “rotten.”

  3. warum gibts nicht “The fabulous 5 filmfriends TV Show” ? ^^ mal ehrlich .. eine deutsche Qualitäts/Nerd Show für Kinofilme sollte es wirklich geben.. ihr könntet eure “Review” bequatschen.. so aus 5 Perspektiven.. und dann noch paar Livecomments von euern, treuen Fans^^ mit reinschneiden.. schwupp habt ihrn lustiges Format.. (freu mich schon auf die Kategore “und nun wieder der –> “TF NERD!!!” *50er-jahre-horror-mugge*)

  4. Das würde dann aber eine sehr einseitige Show werden, weil ja in jeder Episode dann nur auf Michael Bay und Wolverine rumgehackt würde :)

  5. Das letzte was man den F5 vorwerfen kann ist einseitiges Rumgehacke. Die lassen sich doch über so viele Dinge aus :>.
