Endlich! Der erste Trailer zum von mir heißerwarteten neuen Werk meines zweiten Lieblingsregisseurs David Cronenberg, “A Dangerous Method”. Der Film basiert auf John Kerrs Buch “Eine gefährliche Methode”, Viggo Mortensen spielt Sigmund Freud, Michael Fassbender ist als Carl Jung zu sehen. Weitere Hauptrollen übernehmen Keira Knightley (Sabina Spielrein) und Vincent Cassel (Otto Gross). Absolut konsequent von Cronenberg, die Psychoanalyse jetzt von ihrer Entstehung her anzugehen. Long live the new… mind.

Trailer zum südkoreanischen Motorcycle-Overkill “Quick” mit wirklich extrem fetten Actionszenen. Vor einiger Zeit erschien bereits ein Teaser, dieser Trailer hier ist eine deutlich verlängerte Version desselbigen. Der Plot:

A former motorcycle gang member, Ki-su, makes a living as a bike messenger. One day he witnesses the building blow up. Never suspecting he could have anything to do with the bomb, he moves onto his next job―which is escorting a girl group singer, A-rom, an ex-girlfriend from his biker days. As she puts a proffered helmet on her head, a timer mechanism is triggered and a countdown clock appears. Ki-su gets a call from a stranger telling him to make a series of deliveries within a fixed time limit. When Ki-su completes deliveries, each turns out to be a bomb.

Neuer Trailer zu “Puss In Boots”, dem “Shrek”-Spin-Off des gestiefelten Katers mit den Stimmen von Antonio Banderas, Salma Hayek, Zach Galifianakis, Billy Bob Thornton und Amy Sedaris. Ich hoffe, das Teil floppt gnadenlos und DreamWorks Animation setzt sich endlich an neue Konzepte, statt nur noch ihre größten Hits zu recyceln (was ja leider, leider derzeit auch auf Pixar zutrifft).

Neuer und sicherlich auch letzter Trailer zu “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2″. Pathos, große Emotionen und geile magic moments. Nach dem schnarchigen letzten Film habe ich so gut wie kein Interesse am Abschluss der Serie, aber geschaut wird er natürlich trotzdem. Deutscher Kinostart: 14. Juli.

Schön schräges Poster und der US-Red-Band-Trailer zu “The Last Circus” (Balada Triste de Trompeta), dem neuen Film von Alex de la Iglesia (“El día de la bestia”), der letztes Jahr in Venedig den Silbernen Löwen für die beste Regie erhielt. Den spanischen Trailer kann man hier schauen.

Der erste Trailer zum Baseball-Film “Moneyball” von Bennett Miller (“Capote”), den ursprünglich Steven Soderbergh inszenieren sollte, bevor er gefeuert wurde (kann nur gut sein). Das Drehbuch stammt von Aaron Sorkin (!) und Steven Zaillian, basierend auf dem Buch von Michael Lewis. Die Hauptrollen spielen Brad Pitt, Jonah Hill, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Chris Pratt und Robin Wright (Penn).

Endlich mal ein grüner Trailer der mich anspricht. Keine Kartoffeln, keine Megaminds, keine typen in Spandex mit Schmuckfetisch und kein Goldfisch.

Schicker neuer, wahrscheinlich sehr spoileriger Trailer zu „Attack the Block“. Sieht immer noch super aus.

Interessanter Trailer zu „Bellflower“, einem der Hits des diesjährigen Sundance-Festivals. Es geht um Muscle-Car, Flammenwerfer und Liebe, die Kombination werde ich mir definitiv ansehen müssen. Hier der Plot:

Bellflower follows two friends as they venture out into the world to begin their adult lives. Literally all their free time is spent building flame-throwers and weapons of mass destruction in hopes that a global apocalypse will occur and clear the runway for their imaginary gang “Mother Medusa”. While waiting for the world to end, their call to excitement comes unexpectedly when one of them meets a charismatic young woman and falls hard in love. Quickly integrated into a new group of friends, they set off on a journey of betrayal, love, hate, infidelity and extreme violence more devastating and fiery than any of their apocalyptic fantasies. Neuer Trailer zur Indie-Mainstream-Komödie “Our Idiot Brother” von Ex-Lemonhead Jesse Peretz. Könnte das erste Mal sein, dass ich Paul Rudd lustig finde (die Nummer mit dem hässlichen ungepflegten Trottel zieht). Und das mit dem Jungen und der Tür ist immer noch witzig.

Trailer zur Horroranthologie “Deadtime Stories”, die drei jeweils 30minütige Segmente vereint. Die Regisseure heißen Michael Fischa, Jeff Monahan und Matt Walsh, weitaus prominenter aber ist der Produzent des Films: George A. Romero. Weitere Ausgaben sind wohl schon geplant. Angesichts des kostengünstigen Looks ist das sicherlich auch leicht machbar…

“Valley of the Shadow”: A woman searches for her missing husband in jungles of South America…and soon, the hunters become the hunted. / “WeT”: A lonely potter finds a valuable jade box buried on the beach. And what’s inside… wants to keep him company. / “House Call”: A woman calls an elderly doctor out on a house call on her strangely-ailing son. What he finds when he gets there isn’t listed in any medical books.

Netter TV-Clip zu Conan. Gefällt mir aus irgendeinem Grund besser als der Trailer, der Film wird aber wahrscheinlich trotzdem eher so meh. Anschauen werde ich ihn mir aber auf jeden Fall, bei Crom!
