Hier der Trailer zu Robert Schwentkes („The Time Traveler’s Wife“, „Flightplan“, „Tattoo“) Verfilmung von Warren Ellis’ Comic „Red“ über Rentner-Agenten. Erinnert ein bisschen an „Mr. und Ms. Smith“, nur in witzig und gut, der Trailer sieht jedenfalls schonmal sehr toll aus. Und die Besetzung liest sich ebenfalls super: Bruce Willis, Mary-Louise Parker, Helen Mirren, Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich, Karl Urban, Brian Cox, Richard Dreyfuss, Julian McMahon, and James Remar. Und: Ernest Borgnine. Ernest Borgnine! YAY!

Vor einiger Zeit ging das Gerücht um, John Malkovich würde in Spiderman 4 den Vulture spielen. Da ich hier keine Gerüchte mehr bringe (weil 99% davon unwahr sind), habe ich die Meldung registriert, ansonsten aber ignoriert. Nun hat John Malkovich seine Rolle in einer italienischen Fernsehsendung bestätigt und auch wenn der Film derzeit auf Hold steht, wir wissen alle, dass er kommen wird. Und Malkovich ist schonmal ein gutes Zeichen.
