YT Direktcop, via Bleeding Cool

Sony Pictures haben eine Viral-Seite für OmniCorp und das Robocop-Remake inklusive des obigen Videos online gestellt. Das Video zeigt bereits Teile des Robocop-Designs und ED-209 in Action, was nur heissen kann, dass man im Film jede Menge neuer Robotermodelle sieht. Und ob das eine gute Idee ist, überlege ich mir noch.

ED-209 will einen Oscar von Pee-Wee Herman, oder er ballert ihm den Kopf von der Rübe. Da fliegt Pee-Wee einfach davon und Robocop macht ED-209 platt. Herrschaften, das waren noch Oscar-Verleihungen.

So langsam fehlen mir die Worte, um diesen ganzen Remake-Zirkus zu beschreiben. Die Kraftausdrücke sind alle aufgebraucht und ich bin einfach müde, kann’s nicht mehr hören und mir sind die spießigen Unterscheidungen zwischen Remake, Reboot, Prequel und Sequel mittlerweile sehr egal. Neuestes Opfer: mein heiliger Robocop.

Natürlich werden wir im Remake keinen zerballerten Murphy sehen, werden auf von Säure zerfressenen Gangster verzichten müssen und der ED209 wird Büromenschen garantiert nicht so formvollendet zerlegen, wie er das im Original tat. Einmal Badass-Robocop-Action nach dem Klick.
