Jeder Jahr bekommen alle Oscar-Nominierten, die nicht gewonnen haben, einen Haufen Trostpreise von der Academy. Dieser Jahr fliegen alle gemeinsam into Space. Ich würde ja meinen Oscar zurückgeben und lieber da hochfliegen.

Ich hatte bislang gar nicht mitbekommen, dass Disney im Zuge einer Promoaktion für das Disney Resort in Florida Buzz Lightyear aus Toy Story ins Weltall geschossen hat, wo er für 468 Tage auf der ISS Unfug getrieben hat. In die Unendlichkeit und noch viel weiter! Jetzt ist er jedenfalls wieder zurück und wo wir grade bei Toy Story sind, hier das äußerst spektakuläre Teaser-Poster für den dritten Teil:

Two Buzzes — this one plus Apollo 11 moonwalker Buzz Aldrin — will be honored in a parade at Magic Kingdom, alongside ISS crewmates on Oct. 2, 2009. (Step-off time is 2:45 p.m.)
Disney will partner with NASA for a new online educational game and an online mission patch competition for children. NASA will fly the winning patch into space.
